Job Summary

The Assistant Accounting Manager will have the opportunity to oversee key accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities, while ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with tax regulations. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external auditors to support smooth audits and maintain strong financial controls, contributing to the company's operational integrity and growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyse monthly performance reports and verify the accuracy of subsidiary accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities, including AR-AP aging and follow-ups.
  • Prepare corporate income tax estimates and review other taxes such as VAT, withholding tax, and land/building tax.
  • Manage and verify fixed assets, conduct inventory checks, and review related contracts.
  • Prepare supporting information for property insurance and other financial documentation.
  • Coordinate data collection for annual budget preparation and preliminary analysis for submission to auditors and regulatory agencies.
  • Liaise with external auditors for annual financial statement audits and support the shareholders' meeting preparation.

Job Requirements

  • Thai CPD License (must have or eligible to register).
  • Proven experience across all accounting functions, with auditing experience considered an advantage.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Chinese ERP systems (U9) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Thai & English or Thai & Chinese.
