Role Overview:

We are looking for a tech-savvy Application and Data Support specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys diving into data, investigating logs, and using automation to solve complex problems. You will be the bridge between our operations and the technical heart of our Sale Order, E-commerce and fulfillment systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Application & Data Support: Monitor application performance and resolve issues related to order processing and fulfillment (OSP). Proactively identify bottlenecks in the data flow.
  • Automation & Workflow Management: Use n8n and low-code tools to automate repetitive support tasks and integrate internal systems for smoother operations.
  • Incident Resolution: Troubleshoot application-related incidents by Kibana (Centralized Log), Kube Dashboard and SQL to monitor health and track down root causes.
  • Order & Fulfillment: Support order management systems (OMS) and collaborate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure inventory accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Documentation: Maintain technical guides, API documentation, and troubleshooting procedures to improve team efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Fresh graduates with strong internship projects are welcome).
  • Experience: 0–3 years of experience in Application Support or a technical role (We value potential and fast learners).
  • Database: Ability to write SQL Queries and understand Store Procedures.

  • Tech Stack (The "Plus" Skills):

  • Automation: Experience or interest in n8n, Zapier, or similar automation tools.

  • Infrastructure & Monitoring: Comfortable using Linux Command Line for log investigation. Experience with Kube Dashboard (Kubernetes) or Kibana is highly preferred.
  • Coding: Basic programming logic or the ability to "read" code to understand where a process might be failing.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve issues quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with end-users, technical teams, including call center agents, and customer service representatives.
