  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and equipment setup (post-sales technical support).
  • Support the sales team with product demonstrations, installations, and maintenance.
  • Help customers solve product performance or functionality issues.
  • Learn and keep up to date with new products and technologies in electronics, test & measurement, power, and RF & microwave, optical field.
  • Perform basic testing and basic repairs of equipment as needed.
  • Assist in training sessions, on-site events, and customer workshops to share product knowledge.
  • Record service activities, customer feedback, and issue reports.

Qualifications :

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Electrical Technology, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Networking or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems, networking, test and measurement, experience is preferred.
  • Proven experience in technical support, application engineering, or a related role within the test and measurement industry (experience in Electronics / RF / Optic field is an advantage.)
  • Hands-on experience with tools like oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, or network analyzers is an advantage.
  • Willing to learn, travel and work both on-site and off-site
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Good English (spoken and written)
  • Valid driving license and able to visit customer sites regularly
