About The Role:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Brand Specialist to join our global marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging creative professional with a passion for luxury travel and high-end brand storytelling. You will support the execution of visually compelling print and digital materials, with a primary focus on brochures, guest itineraries, press kits, and other marketing communications that bring our brand story to life.

This role is ideal for someone early in their graphic design career who is eager to develop their skills in brand design and communications within the luxury travel sector. You will collaborate with the Brand Specialist and marketing team to ensure all materials maintain visual consistency and meet quality standards. Under guidance, you'll help translate brand concepts into polished deliverables—from initial drafts through to final production. Strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a strong understanding of layout and typography are essential. Working closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Reservations teams, you will report directly to the Global Marketing Manager in this dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, ideally with exposure to luxury, travel, hospitality, or premium lifestyle brands (internships and freelance work included).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established brand guidelines while contributing fresh ideas under supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, work autonomously, and meet deadlines in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across different geographical locations and cultural backgrounds.
  • Effective communicator who works well cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Reservations teams.
  • Genuine passion for luxury travel and hospitality with an appreciation for refined aesthetics and elevated brand experiences.
  • Understanding of print and digital production processes, with eagerness to continue learning and expanding technical skills.
  • Additional languages are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and production of brand materials, including brochures, guest itineraries, press kits, and event collateral, ensuring every piece reflects our visual standards and brand storytelling.
  • Assist in creating digital assets for newsletters, social media content, and marketing campaigns using established templates and brand guidelines.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints by organizing and updating visual guidelines, templates, and asset libraries under the guidance of the Brand Specialist.
  • Work from creative briefs to produce polished design deliverables that reflect the tone, quality, and aesthetic of a luxury travel brand.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Specialist and internal teams—Marketing, Sales, and Reservations—to support seasonal campaigns, guest communications, and product launches.
  • Coordinate with external vendors on print production, ensuring materials are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Stay current on design trends and tools relevant to luxury, travel, and hospitality sectors to continue developing your craft.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Art, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work with foundational skills in layout, typography, and design for both print and digital formats.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English—native English speaker is preferable but not essential.
