Responsibilities
  • Apply quality-focused methodologies to ensure robust product development and reliable manufacturing outcomes.
  • Define, document, and embed quality requirements across design, development, and production processes.
  • Support product quality planning activities, including critical control documentation, process evaluations, and measurement verification.
  • Conduct technical risk assessments to proactively identify potential issues and support mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in validating processes and ensuring smooth handoff from design to production.
  • Lead investigations into quality deviations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, engineering, operations, and supply chain, while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Prepare quality readiness updates for internal milestone reviews and executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field); professional certifications (e.g., ASQ CQE) are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality Engineering, preferably supporting new product launches in technology, electronics, or cloud solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of product quality frameworks, ISO standards, and industry quality practices.
  • Skilled in statistical analysis, process capability studies, and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to implement technical improvements efficiently.
  • Familiarity with PLM systems and enterprise-level quality processes.
  • Effective communicator capable of collaborating with diverse technical and non-technical teams while handling sensitive information.
