Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient QC Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality throughout the production process by conducting inspections, performing tests, analyzing data, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This role is critical in maintaining compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:


•Conduct in-process, final, and incoming quality inspections on raw materials, components, and finished goods.


•Perform routine and non-routine testing using appropriate measuring and inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM, gauges).


•Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949 if applicable).


•Document inspection results, maintain quality records, and generate non-conformance reports (NCRs) when necessary.


•Investigate quality defects and work with production and engineering teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions (CAPA).


•Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and evidence of compliance.


•Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements in processes and product quality.


•Assist in the development and revision of quality control plans, inspection procedures, and work instructions.


•Calibrate and maintain measurement equipment according to schedule and standards.


•Liaise with suppliers and customers on quality-related issues as needed.


•Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across departments.

Qualifications and Requirements:


•Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field) or equivalent technical background.


•Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment (preferably in metalworking, machinery, or industrial equipment).


•Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, GD&T, and root cause analysis tools (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram).


•Proficient in using MS Office and quality data management software.


•Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.


•Good communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional local language is a plus.


•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.

Preferred Qualifications:


•Experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control) and MSA (Measurement System Analysis).


•Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.


•Experience in audit execution (internal, supplier, or customer audits).
