About the role

Join our dynamic team at TFC TECHNOLOGY (THAILAND) CO., LTD. as a full-time Quality Engineer (fiber optic). In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our modules and transceivers, playing a crucial part in our success within the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry. Based in our Chon Buri location, you will contribute to the strategic objectives of our company through your expertise and dedication.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and improve the quality of optical module products such as SFP, QSFP28, OSFP, etc.
  • Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure products meet design and customer requirements
  • Participate in testing and analysis of key optical module parameters, including functional tests, data rates, and form factors
  • Troubleshoot quality issues during production and lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to support quality assurance during new product introduction and mass production
  • Prepare quality reports and maintain quality data and documentation
  • Support customer complaint handling and provide on-site quality assistance
  • Communicate and collaborate in English for daily work and technical discussions

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Optical Communication, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
  • 3-5 years of quality management experience in optical modules or related electronic products
  • Familiar with optical module form factors and data rates such as SFP, SFP28, QSFP28, etc.
  • Understanding of optical module testing processes and key quality indicators (functional testing, rate testing, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with quality tools (e.g., FMEA, 8D)
  • Fluent in English reading and writing, able to handle daily emails and meetings
  • Team player with strong responsibility and good communication skills
