Our client is Japanese FMCG business, which URGENTLY is looking for a qualified candidate as below information

Job responsibilities

As a Global Account Executive, you will be responsible for OEM production for the North American, European, and Oceanian markets

  • Handle export sales to major retail companies and food manufacturers in each region, including product development, price negotiations, and trade operations (e.g., globally renowned membership-based warehouse retailers, food groups with strong networks across Europe, global beverage and food manufacturers, etc.)
  • Follow up on OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) projects (price negotiations, delivery schedule coordination, specification confirmations, etc.)
  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, quality control, logistics, etc.)
  • Conduct customer needs assessment and product proposals
  • Participate in meetings, business negotiations, and report preparation in English
  • Collect and analyze market trends and competitor information

Skills

  • Negotiation skills with major international corporations primarily in Europe, America, and Oceania
  • Perspective to oversee the world's top three confectionery markets (Europe, Americas, Oceania)
  • Specialized knowledge in international trade operations
  • Real-world experience in international corporate management and cross-cultural understanding through collaboration with executives dispatched from local partner companies

Additional Information

Salary: Depends on working experience & skills

Benefits: Bonus, Insurance

Working days: (8:30 AM - 17:30 PM) Monday – Friday
