"We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Import Staff to reinforce our Purchasing Team and business requirements."

What you will be doing for Purchasing Import Staff position?

• Work on daily Purchase administration.
• Sourcing for potential suppliers and maintaining good relationships.
• Coordinate with the related parties for price comparison or bidding, contract negotiation, shipping, product return, etc.
• Coordinate with related persons in other plants within Kordsa Group.
• Issue operation documents, purchase order, payment requisition, etc.
• Handle non-conformity materials.

What we are looking for?

• Bachelor's degree or above in related field.
• Having experience in purchasing and oversea purchasing.
• Having knowledge and experience in import and export and incoterm.
• Familiar with MS Office, SAP, etc.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
