job responsibilities

  1. Verify the accuracy and completeness of records related to expenses and income for loans and interest received/paid.
  2. Check the accuracy of the weekly Cash Flow report to ensure it is submitted on time.
  3. Prepare financial reports and analyze trends in expenses and costs as assigned by supervisors.
  4. Control, oversee, and verify supporting documents for payments to ensure they are correct, complete, and submitted on time, along with checking the check control register (expense register).
  5. Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues related to the financial operations in the NAV system.
  6. Manage and oversee the company's internal cash management to ensure availability for payments.
  7. Verify the completeness and accuracy of bank reconciliation items within the specified time frame.
  8. Liaise regarding various banking transactions as needed.
  9. Provide support and participate in company activities as appropriate.
  10. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

  1. Age between 25 – 35 years.
  2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  3. At least 3 years of experience in the finance field.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  5. Strong knowledge of accounting software.
  6. Self-confident, with leadership qualities and a sense of responsibility.
  7. Detail-oriented, quick, and accurate.
  8. Ability to work as part of a team.
  9. Understanding of accounting standards.
  10. Knowledge of laws and tax regulations.
  11. Ability to work well under high pressure.
