Make a difference as Senior Financial Analyst and play a key role in driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across ASEAN. In this role, you will act as a Finance Business Partner, delivering insights that improve performance, enhance efficiency, and support strategic growth—all while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

What You Will Do

• Review and analyse financial statements and KPI performance reports
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing activities
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis and decision-making support
• Build financial models and projections to strengthen planning processes
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with financial reporting and insights
• Collaborate with sales and market teams on pricing decisions and financial evaluations
• Lead and support finance-led process improvement initiatives and special projects

What You Will Bring

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Min 3 years' experience of FP&A in a manufacturing company
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from various countries
• Experience in SAP, BW, or BPC consolidation tools is an advantage
