·       If you're an Application Support Engineer who's strong in SQL

·       Have direct experience working with enterprise solutions like ERP, SCM (Supply Chain Management), or CRM, with good understanding of the business

·       **Has to have talked to business users directly in your day to day work (not tier 2 or those only talk to developers/ only within internal teams)

·       Enjoy working within an established boutique tech company and quite a flat structure, analytical, and a problem-solver

·       You care more about the experience gained/ contribution to the clients/ projects than the job title (as it's not a corporate type of environment) – you'll still get salary increments according to your performance

What You'll Do:

  • Make sure the software applications and relevant systems implemented in customers' environments are well-monitored, maintained, and reliable.

·       Team & Collaborations: You will be working within a team of other 2 Application Support Engineers and report to the PM and Service Manager

Collaborate with project team and clients' IT Support teams.

What We're Looking For:

  • Technical Expertise:

  • Strong in SQL

- Direct experience working with enterprise solutions like ERP, SCM (Supply Chain Management), or CRM

**Has to have talked to business users directly in your day to day work (not tier 2 or those only talk to developers/ only within internal teams)

- Good understanding of the business

- Familiar in providing application support in a sensitive and secured environment.

  • Responsible, can work well on your own within the team as there's no micro-management here
  • Culture: A can-do attitude will go a long way.
  • Thai native speaker, English communication skills – intermediate level

Nice to have:

·       Java skills

·       Previous experience in enterprise application server e.g. IBM WebSphere or similar ones

·       SLA experience
