Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Application Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, engineering-level problem-solving ability, and the ability to quickly learn complex systems. Experience with procurement systems, a strong service mindset, and willingness to work in a 24/7 shift rotation are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level application support to end-users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with users and internal teams in English.
  • Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues.
  • Learn and understand business processes quickly to provide effective support.
  • Document issues, solutions, and support procedures.
  • Collaborate with developers, system admins, and vendors as needed.
  • Support and maintain procurement systems.
  • Deliver support with a professional and service-oriented attitude.
  • Work in a rotating 24/7 shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3 Years of experience in Application Support
  • Strong English communication (written and verbal).
  • Analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and tools.
  • Experience with procurement or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Service-minded, proactive, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Willing to work 24-hour rotating shifts.
