Job Description:

1. Coordination: Communicate with overseas suppliers (Japan), freight forwarders, and shipping agents to track shipment status and ensure goods arrive on schedule.

2. Documentation: Review and verify the accuracy of shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, AWB, Certificate of Origin / Form JTEPA) to ensure compliance with Thai Customs regulations.

3. Translation & Support: Translate product details and technical specifications from Japanese to Thai/English for customs formalities and FDA registration purposes.

4. Cost Management: Prepare payment vouchers for freight, duties, and taxes. assist in calculating landed costs for each shipment.

5. Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with the Purchasing (Merchandising) and Warehouse departments regarding shipment arrival schedules and cargo discrepancies.

6. Data Management: Update shipment status and maintain organized filing of import documents.

Requirement:

1. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in international business, Logistics, Japanese (or related fields). 1–3 years' experience in Import–Export, Logistics, or Overseas Purchasing. Fresh graduates with JLPT N2 are welcome. Experience in Retail, FMCG, or Trading is an advantage.

2. Language Skills: Japanese JLPT N3+ (able to read commercial documents and communicate with Japanese counterparts). Good English for shipping documentation.

3. Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Basic knowledge of Incoterms, HS Codes, Thai Customs; FDA (LPI) or NAV is a plus.

4. Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, fast learner, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
