Derivatives Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with ICs and clients to drive derivatives and structured product sales

• Conduct product training for ICs and client presentations, explaining product structures, risks, and features

• Collaborate with trading and research teams to deliver market insights and customized solutions

• Prepare product quotations and coordinate execution with trading desks

• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle including trade booking, bookkeeping, and confirmation

• Coordinate with operations, risk, and compliance teams to ensure smooth post-trade processing

• Prepare sales, transaction, and performance reports for internal stakeholders

• Monitor market conditions and regulatory developments relevant to derivatives products

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related fields

• Minimum 2 years of experience in derivatives sales, structured products, or related roles

• Solid understanding of equity derivatives and structured products

• Experience in quotation, trade booking, confirmation, or sales reporting is preferred

• Strong communication and coordination skills with high attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
