Job Summary:

Manages end-to-end international shipments, working with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery and full regulatory compliance. The role oversees all import–export documentation and customs clearance processes while coordinating with internal teams to support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling import and export shipments and coordinating with the supplier from aboard, freight forwarding agents, customs clearance brokers, and internal departments (Sourcing and Buying Team).
  • Responsible for control proceedings both Import-Export Customs Formalities Clearance and related government parties.
  • Managing shipping documents: invoice, packing lists, B/L, or HAWB and FTA form. Checking the accuracy of import-export documents.
  • Ensure that shipments will be on schedule as needed.
  • To perform others job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in International Business / Administration or related fields.
  • At least 5 years' experience in Import & Export job function.
  • Knowledge of FTA (Form D, E, AI, JTEPA) and H.S. code classification would be an advantage.
  • Good command both of written and spoken English.
  • Good at Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Powe BI).
  • Good attitude, self-motivated, dynamic, hard-working, and able to work under pressure and flexible hours
  • Strong interpersonal and cooperation with all levels including management.
