As new plant set up, open for various field of Engineer who have experience from automotive (OEM is a plus) to join our team.

Evaluate and improves manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and efficiency by developing quality systems, implementing improvements, analyzing data to identify issues, and ensuring compliance with standards through audits and documentation.

  • Process Improvement:

Analyze existing manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop new strategies to enhance product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Quality Systems:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems, including statistical process controls, to monitor and measure process performance.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

Collect, analyze, and summarize data from various processes to identify trends, diagnose issues, and prepare reports with recommendations for corrective actions.

  • Compliance:

Ensure processes and products comply with internal and external quality standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Auditing:

Conduct quality assessments and audits to evaluate process conformance and identify deviations from established standards.  Conduct on-site quality checks during manufacturing and pre-delivery stages

  • Problem Solving:

Investigate production and product issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with other departments, such as production, and suppliers, to address quality concerns and implement improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering : Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field
  • Over 3 years of experience in engineering field related with Quality Engineering
  • Experience from OEM is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Able to work on-site and support urgent equipment issues if needed.
  • Able to communication in English (Chinese is a plus)
  • Strong awareness of safety.
  • Have own car and able to travel to factory as we are newly set up, the transportation service still not available.
