QA Engineer (Automotive Parts Working Location: Map Yang Phon, Pluak Daeng, Rayong

Working Hour: Monday – Friday hrs.)

Salary: 35, ,000 THB/Month (Depend on qualification & experience)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Established and maintained detailed quality guidelines and inspection criteria aligned with industry and company standards.
  • Defined and tracked key quality metrics (e.g., defect rates, FPY, COPQ) to drive process improvements.
  • Monitored end-to-end production processes and performed routine tests to detect and resolve issues proactively.
  • Conducted root cause analysis on technical issues and recommended effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Documented equipment malfunctions and quality defects; compiled reports on findings and resolution outcomes.
  • Set measurable QA goals and implemented tracking systems to evaluate performance against benchmarks.
  • Collaborated cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction through product quality improvements.
  • Partnered with engineering, R&D, and production departments to support continuous product and process enhancements.
  • Developed and implemented inspection and testing procedures to assess and ensure product quality.
  • Recommended design and process changes to improve product reliability and reduce defects.
  • Ensured compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, FDA).
  • Facilitated problem-solving workshops and brainstorming sessions to develop solutions for recurring issues.
  • Implemented quality control systems and tools to ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability in production.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
  • Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role
  • Good command in English
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis -In-depth understanding of technical documentation
  • Mathematical arithmetic skills
  • High proficiency in computer technology and systems operations
