Job Description:

  • Lead from quality build-up of new units and improve quality continuously including purchasing and consignment parts.
  • Lead audit internal and external quality inspection processes and result
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems.
  • Supervise and mentor QA team members, providing guidance and training.
  • Conduct audits (internal/external) and quality inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, Country Standard, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement quality control processes and procedures to meet and exceed customer's standard
  • Implement a program continuous improvement as it relayed to QA and QC
  • Develop the necessary quality assurance document and report
  • Provide leadership and training for all QA/QC personnel that will assure all personnel are working to the same quality standards
  • To summarize warranty analysis report by monthly.
  • To take care warranty document in order to follow IATF 16949.
  • Any job for assignment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in the QMS function in Automotive will be advantage.
  • Good knowledge in IATF 16949, ISO14000 , Q1 and ISO45001
  • Good English communication skill.
  • Good knowledge and skill in technical problem analyze e.g. 8D report, 5 Why Analyze, Control chart etc.
  • Good in leadership, problem-solving skills, analytic skill and decision-making.
  • Highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a team.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams of employees and customers.
