Job Duty:

  • Plan budgeting concerning Logistics and report in monthly basis.
  • Management about BOI ( Annual and periodic report, Machine privilege; import and control, Material privilege; import and control, such as product formula, max stock, cut stock, report-v, scrap handling )
  • Manage material Export & import control.
  • Manage and control warehouse operations of inbound and outbound, both the warehouse in the company and the rental warehouse outside of the company.
  • Control warehouse procedure, space, and equipment to meet the goods volume, safety in operation, and contribution to aerospace product safety.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily operations activities of production, receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, and monitor the performance levels.
  • Manage SCM budget & control.
  • Manage Material planning & control.
  • Manage Production planning.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder in Business/Supply Chain/Logistics is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Supply Chain/Logistics.
  • Logically thinking, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure
  • Experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management is an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong ownership, self-management, leading by example, communication, and teamwork. And interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning, organizing, and coordinating skills
  • Flexibility and customer/quality focused

Expected Skill:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • TOEIC Score above 650
  • Power BI (if any)
