Job Purpose

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. This role leads inventory control, supervises daily warehouse activities, supports POS and cashier operations, and ensures excellent in-store execution. The Warehouse Manager also manages budgeting and operating expenses, analyzes operational performance, and implements continuous improvements to support overall business productivity.


Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize Backend Operations

    Ensure all backend operational procedures and strategies effectively support productivity and business goals.
  • Warehouse & Logistics Management

    Implement and monitor all warehouse and logistics policies and procedures. Ensure smooth warehouse operations in accordance with company SOPs.
  • Inventory & Stock Control

    Manage and lead efficient stock control including inventory accuracy, shelf life management at POS, loss prevention, and overseeing annual stock take/cycle count activities.
  • Cashier & POS Operations Oversight

    Ensure cashier operations comply with SOPs and continuously enhance customer service quality.
  • Store Neatness & Compliance

    Monitor in-store cleanliness, display, and overall neatness to meet store concept and brand standards.
  • Budgeting & OPEX Management

    Oversee budgeting, operating expenses, and utilize analytics to adjust action plans accordingly.
  • Reporting & Analytics

    Control and monitor all expenses and regularly review analytical reports to support decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Other Duties

    Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with at least having a experience in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
