Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Executive Support
• Manage CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and follow-ups.
• Screen and manage emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
• Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
Strategic Coordination
• Assist in tracking ongoing business projects and following up with relevant stakeholders.
• Join key meetings (as required), take notes, and ensure action items are tracked and completed.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams or external partners.
Personal & Confidential Matters
• Assist with certain personal tasks including appointments, errands, or travel arrangements.
• Handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications:
• Male yrs.).
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in executive or personal assistant roles (experience supporting C-level executives is a plus).
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Microsoft Office, and task/project management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello).
• Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
• Professional, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and flexible with time.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
