Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and helpful attitude. Handle check-in and check-out procedures accurately. Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions. Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs. Handle guest complaints or requests promptly. Manage payments and issue receipts properly. Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries.

1.To perform check-in, Check-out and cashiering for hotel guests.

2.Handle reservation calls, ensuring guest needs are met, in a helpful efficient manner, input into the system as per procedure.

3.Monitor daily arrivals, departures, VIP list ensuring all requests are carried out wherever possible and all realistic

expectations are met and ensure all reservations are honoured.

4.To have a complete knowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets, menus/promotions, sports club, golf club.

5.To anticipate guest needs and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.

6.Have a complete knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.

7.Report health, safety,and security hazards to the manager on duty.

8.Attend training and meeting as required.

9.Keep up to date and communicate hotel marketing directions and promotions.

10.Be fully aware at all times of the selling strategy, rates and booking status of the hotel and ensure timely and accurate communication of this to all concerned departments.

11.Complete all shift duties as outlined on shift check list prior to the end of shift.

12.At the end of each shift, the report should be sent as an email to all management for information action

Qualification

-At least college or degree in any field

-Welcome New graduate

-Good inter-personality skill and outgoing, friendly

-Strong in English communication skill

-Strong in problem solving skills, and execution of work

-Computer literate
