We are seeking a Creative Content Creator to serve as the primary owner of our Thai brand voice. While you will work within a collaborative team, you must be confident, self-driven, and capable of independent execution.

Your main objective is to solve a critical problem: translating our product superiority into clear, emotional, and compelling messages that Thai consumers understand instantly. You will bridge the gap between our strategic goals and the hearts of pet owners, turning briefs into high-quality copy for packaging, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling.

1. Strategic Copywriting & Brand Voice

• Take full ownership of all Thai copywriting across the brand ecosystem.
• Craft high-quality, emotionally resonant copy for advertisements, product packaging, social media assets, and website content.
• Master the art of "short-format" writing—delivering impactful, clear messages within the limited space of banners and packaging.
• Translate internal briefs into clear concepts and creative directions independently, without needing step-by-step hand-holding.

2. Collaboration & Execution

• Work directly with the Brand Founder, designers, and marketers to refine ideas and ensure strategic alignment.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, maintaining high attention to quality even under tight deadlines.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, "bouncing" ideas off colleagues to elevate the final output.

3. Content Development & Market Insight

• Support broader creative content development, including video scripts, social captions, and campaign ideation.
• Continuously research market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor communication to ensure Hanapet stays ahead of the curve.

Required (Must-Have):

• Portfolio Required: You must provide a portfolio demonstrating strong creative and conceptual copywriting work.
• Native-level Thai writing ability: You possess impeccable grammar and a flair for creative, emotional storytelling.
• Proven Experience: Previous experience in advertising, brand communication, or creative copywriting (agency or in-house).
• English Proficiency: Good command of English for internal communication (discussing ideas, understanding briefs, reading references). Note: English copywriting is NOT required.
• High Autonomy: You are proactive and able to generate ideas without micromanagement.
• Agility: Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Alignment: A genuine passion for pets and a belief in our mission to improve their lives.

Preferred (Bonus Points):

• Experience working in small teams, startups, or high-growth companies.
• Ability to contribute to visual idea development beyond just text.
• Familiarity with pet-care brands or specific insights into Thai pet owners.
