We're looking for a
Content Creator / Photographer / Videographer
to join our in-house creative team and bring the Starboard story to life across all platforms. You'll capture and produce high-quality photo and video content for product launches, lifestyle shoots, events, and campaigns — both in our Bangkok studio and on the water around the world.


What You'll Do:

  • Capture and edit engaging photo & video content for website, social media, and marketing campaigns
  • Work on studio shoots for boards, paddles, and accessories
  • Support international events, team shoots, and lifestyle storytelling
  • Collaborate with designers and marketers to deliver strong brand content


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a photographer, videographer, or content creator, ideally with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop; After Effects a plus).
  • Strong video editing and color grading skills.
  • Knowledge of lighting and studio setups for both product and lifestyle photography.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision given a clear brief.
  • Creative, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for shoots, events, and testing trips.
  • Experience in sports, lifestyle, or outdoor environments is preferred; watersports experience is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with video animation is an advantage.
  • Interest or experience with AI tools and content automation is an advantage.
