Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage BIM models and Revit Families for facade and architectural elements.
  • Prepare technical drawings and submission documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Detect and resolve clashes and coordinate with relevant disciplines.
  • Attend site or client meetings as required.
  • Ensure drawings and models comply with project standards and company quality procedures.
  • Support internal coordination and participate in training sessions.
  • Maintain good communication with suppliers, consultants, and project personnel.
  • Work independently while contributing effectively as part of an engineering team.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction or facade industry.
  • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD software, with understanding of BIM principles.
  • Ability to communicate in English (both written and spoken); basic Thai is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
