People Development​

·       Manage Individual Development Plans – IDPs​

·       Lead training and coaching programs to develop skills​

·       Support career advancement​

Performance Management​

·       Conduct performance reviews and KPI Reviews​

·       Help managers set/manage KPIs​

·       Monitor performance trends to identify potential issues early​

HR Operations and Risk Management​

·       Oversee hiring and onboarding processes​

·       Manage end to end of payroll processes (HumanSoft)

·       Ensure clear job descriptions and compliance with policies​

·       Address people/team conflicts promptly

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or any related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in Organizational Development, HR Strategy, HR Management or related HR roles.
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams, with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-starter and active team player with adaptability and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
