Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration with the Managing Director
· Partner with MD on people development and organizational growth
· Assist in resolving people-related challenges
· Ensure employees understand company goals
Promotion of Culture and Values
· Communicate company culture and values clearly
· Foster a positive and productive work environment
· Model and encourage behaviors that reflect Feedback180's 3 Core Values (Passion, Believe, Never Give up)
People Development
· Manage Individual Development Plans – IDPs
· Lead training and coaching programs to develop skills
· Support career advancement
Performance Management
· Conduct performance reviews and KPI Reviews
· Help managers set/manage KPIs
· Monitor performance trends to identify potential issues early
HR Operations and Risk Management
· Oversee hiring and onboarding processes
· Manage end to end of payroll processes (HumanSoft)
· Ensure clear job descriptions and compliance with policies
· Address people/team conflicts promptly
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or any related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in Organizational Development, HR Strategy, HR Management or related HR roles.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams, with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Self-starter and active team player with adaptability and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
