Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Assistant Key Account Manager/ Assistant Market Intelligence Manager
to lead our growth in the tissue category across Thailand. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in key account management and e-commerce management, will be value added if with exposure to B2B channels such as Away-from-Home or HORECA channel and Private Label segments. A strong foundation in trade marketing development is essential. Prior experience in the tissue product category will be considered a significant advantage.

You will play an essential role to:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to support business growth in the tissue category in Thailand.
  2. Manage and grow Distributor sales revenue, direct key accounts, including retail and e-commerce platforms, to drive sales performance and gain market share.
  3. Collaborate with Key accounts and agency on trade marketing implementation & on-ground activation in driving effective in-store and digital campaigns.
  4. Solicit capable distributors include e- distributor and AFH distributor to expand business potential
  5. Conduct competitor analysis, pricing studies, and category reviews to identify market trends and opportunities.
  6. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine business strategies.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and strategic partners.
  8. Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

To be successful in this application, you will need to have:

  1. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience in FMCG industry.
  2. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, both oral and written.
  4. Proficiency in analyzing market data and leveraging insights to drive sales strategies.
  5. Demonstrated expertise in key account management with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
