Accounting manager

Responsibility

  • Under the guidance of the headquarters, establish the subsidiary's internal financial and accounting systems and work procedures, and implement them upon approval
  • Conduct financial accounting for the company's income, expenditures, and costs, and issue monthly and annual reports; truthfully and comprehensively record and supervise the company's business activities and transactions. Complete and timely submit subsidiary data to the headquarters in China for accounting. Participate in the formulation of the company's annual budget and monthly capital utilization plan, and perform comparative analysis with actual execution;
  • Accept inspections and supervision from internal or external tax and audit departments, provide the required materials accurately and promptly, and maintain good communication and coordination with all parties; responsible for external liaison with banks, tax authorities, audit and other departments;
  • Handle cash and bank receipts and payments, prepare accounting vouchers, reconcile bank accounts, and verify documents;
  • Complete monthly and annual tax filings, including PND1, PND1 Kor, PND3, 53, 54, PP30, 36, PND 50, 51;
  • Responsible for review employee reimbursement expenses and various payment transactions; responsible for review business processes, such as goods delivery, collection confirmation, etc.;
  • Asset management: conduct inventory checks and supervision of fixed assets;
  • Conduct regular account reconciliations with customers and suppliers, and send out confirmation letters;
  • Responsible for the management of the financial physical document.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Financial or relate field
  • 4 years at least in accounting & finance experience in Management (Manager level)
  • CPD is a must
  • Proficient in English communication.
  • Knowledge of accounting related laws, standards and national regulations
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem solving
  • Have experience in Trading, Retails, Distributor Firm. Experiencing in BIG 4 is a plus
  • Careful, honest, highly responsible, and able to work under pressure.
