Job Description

  • Plan, control, and review overall accounting operations including AR, AP, GL, and Tax.
  • Review invoice issuance and accounts payable records to ensure accuracy and compliance with contracts and accounting standards.
  • Prepare and close monthly and annual financial statements in alignment with TFRS/IFRS.
  • Supervise and review tax filings, including submission to the Revenue Department.
  • Manage, coach, and develop the accounting team to ensure effective operation.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and relevant government authorities.
  • Monitor inventory accounting and ensure accurate recording and valuation.
  • Ensure effective use of ERP and accounting systems to support financial processes.

Qualification

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting
  • Experience: At least 5–8 years of experience in accounting, with proven team management experience
  • Experience in auditing will be an advantage
  • Possession of a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license will be an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and accounting standards (TFRS/IFRS)
  • Knowledge in inventory accounting and management
  • Proficiency in ERP or accounting software (e.g., Oracle, D365, YARDI)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical skills in financial and transactional data
