Data Analyst

This position contributes directly to TrueIDC's commitment to reducing environmental impact, improving operational sustainability, and meeting global ESG standards.

We are seeking an ESG Data Analyst to join our growing ESG team. In this role, you will support data-driven sustainability initiatives across TrueIDC's data centers, cloud operations, and corporate activities. You will work closely with the Head of ESG and cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, visualize, and interpret ESG data that enhances both compliance and business value.

• Collect, validate, and manage ESG-related data from TrueIDC's data centers and operational units (e.g., electricity consumption, PUE, water usage, waste management, GHG emissions).
• Conduct data analysis and develop dashboards to monitor sustainability performance, especially in key environmental areas such as energy efficiency, carbon footprint, renewable energy usage, and environmental compliance.
• Utilize tools and automation (Power BI, Python, spreadsheets, ESG platforms) to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of ESG data processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Data Center Operations, Engineering, Facility Management, HR, Procurement) to obtain data and ensure alignment with global frameworks (GRI, TCFD, SBTi, ISO 14064, Green Data Center standards).
• Support the development of Sustainability Reports, ESG disclosures, client ESG questionnaires, and environmental data for RFPs.
• Analyze ESG trends and provide insights to support TrueIDC's sustainability roadmap and carbon reduction initiatives.
• Maintain high data quality standards and ensure readiness for internal/external audits and third-party verification.
• Participate in company-wide initiatives such as renewable energy adoption, green operations, and waste reduction.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of ESG.

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in ESG, data analytics, or sustainability roles are welcome.

• Strong technical and analytical skills with proficiency in:

• Power BI (data modeling, dashboard development, visualization)

• Python (data processing, automation, API/data integration)
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, functions for data cleaning and analysis)
• Experience with ESG-related tools or carbon accounting platforms is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of sustainability standards related to data centers or energy-intensive operations (PUE, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 14064, GHG Protocol, RECs) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong commitment to data accuracy and process improvement.
• Good communication and collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical teams.
• Passionate about sustainability and eager to grow within the ESG field.
