Sales Executive/Sales Support – China or Russian market

Key Responsibilities
1) New Client Acquisition
- Contact, coordinate, and present company products and services to potential clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to plan and execute strategies to continuously expand the client base.
- Coordinate onboarding documentation, KYC/KYB processes, and account opening procedures.
2) Client Relationship Management
- Manage, coordinate, and provide ongoing support to existing clients, including handling basic inquiries and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient client service.
- Provide appropriate product, promotion, and service recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
3) Client Retention & Relationship Maintenance
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and propose service improvements.
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase trading volume and cross-sell company products and services.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Chinese or Russian (spoken, written, and reading).
- Good command of English will be an advantage.
- Experience in Sales, Account Executive, or Customer Relationship Management will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Service-minded, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
