As a Regional Manager, Technical Sales & Development, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth across Asia — leading sales development, providing technical expertise, and building strong relationships with key partners. This is a high-impact role for a commercially driven professional who excels in both sales' strategy and hands-on technical engagement, helping customers adopt innovative and sustainable packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence across key regional markets
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including pricing and contract negotiations.
- Identify and pursue opportunities with brand owners, converters, and film makers.
- Provide technical expertise on product performance, materials, and sustainable applications, support customer trials and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovations with customer needs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and develop account growth plans.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and performance reports
- Share market insights and customer feedback to guide product development
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
About You
- Applicants must be Thai nationals (holding a valid Thai ID card and passport)
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Packaging Technology, Business, or related fields
- Experience: 5–8 years in technical sales, business development, or account management within the packaging, film, or materials industry
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of barrier films, sustainability frameworks (EU PPWR, RecyClass, APR), and regional import/export processes
- Skills:
- Proven regional sales and negotiation experience
- Strong technical and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- CRM (HubSpot) and project management (Wrike) proficiency
- Languages: Fluent in English; additional Asian languages (Thai, Vietnamese, Hindi, or Malay) an advantage
- Attributes: Passionate about sustainability, proactive, organized, and customer focused; able to work independently in a multicultural remote team
