Mission
Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Thailand programs.
  • Coordinate and attend "Kick off call" with each candidate to meet them, review profiles and interests, and align expectations of the program.
  • Share candidates with companies with vacancies open.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and Host Companies in destinations assigned.
  • Support Companies on creating, sending and confirming acceptance of Offers.
  • Responsible for coordinating and providing visa information to candidates through a "Visa call" or "Visa seminar" to provide information and instructions on the visa process.
  • Follow up with candidates to confirm the visa application is ready to be submitted and provide hand on hand service until the visa has been approved.
  • Research visa requirements for new destinations.
  • Maintain relationships with hotels, companies and restaurants in assigned destinations.
  • Expand our LinkedIn network by adding more companies, hotels, and restaurants.
  • Coordinate arrival of the candidate to the host company.
  • Follow up with candidates upon and after arrival to the assigned destination.
  • Communicate with peers within the same department and other departments of the company any special cases that need follow up.
  • Organize business trips and schedule meetings/events of destinations assigned.
  • Responsible for insurance requests, coordination and support in communication with insurance providers.
  • Responsible for visa providers requests, coordination and support in communication with visa providers in destinations assigned.
  • Additional support and tasks may be required for department standardization and improvement.

Profil

  • Professional:
  • 6 to 12 months of experience in a similar position in the international education industry.
  • Recent graduates
  • Available for a full-time position.
  • At least one experience living abroad.
  • Open to all majors (Business, and Hospitality preferred).
  • Personality:
  • Good communication and public relations skills.
  • Persuasion skills.
  • Looking to make a positive impact in the world.
  • Interested in joining an international team.
  • Team leadership.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and multitasking necessary.
  • Native Thai.
