The candidate will assist in building and refining financial and business models to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives. Job Responsibilities :

Corporate Strategy

  • Support the corporate strategic planning process for both core and enabling business units, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document financial and operational requirements.
  • Assist in developing and refining business models to assess market trends, performance metrics, and strategic opportunities.
  • Monitor key business performance indicators and utilize data visualization tools to present insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Participate in executive meetings and prepare concise meeting minutes and progress reports for senior management.

Enterprise Risk Management

  • Provide support for corporate risk management activities, including coordination across business functions to ensure effective risk identification, assessment, and mitigation efforts

Corporate Sustainability

  • Coordinate and support the implementation of the corporate sustainability development plan, including stakeholder engagement initiatives and sustainability reporting in alignment with relevant frameworks and related Corporate sustainable roadmap

Special Projects & Strategic initiatives

  • Assist in driving high-impact, cross-functional special projects by delivering proactive analysis and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineer or any related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Management Business strategy development Consulting, and/or Investment Analyzing is preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Having business background in Utilities, Energy, Industrial Services or related filed is preferred
  • Analytical, Logical and Critical thinking
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to all levels of the Organization
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fluently in English and Chinese.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS office (MS Excel (Intermediate Level), Word, PowerPoint)
