Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Strategy & Corporate Development Manager to support M&A, fundraising, and strategic initiatives. The role involves end-to-end deal execution, financial analysis, due diligence, and stakeholder coordination, working closely with senior management teams & reputable investors. This position is ideal for someone with experience in financial advisory, investment banking, corporate development, or management consulting who wants to contribute to new deal records and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:


• Act as project lead on M&A and fundraising deals, supporting execution from target identification to deal closing.


• Prepare dataroom, financial models, valuations, and investor presentation materials.


• Lead financial, commercial, and legal due diligence on target companies.


• Analyze macroeconomic trends, industry sectors, and company performance to support investment decisions.


• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and cross-border partners to ensure smooth execution.


• Identify potential deal opportunities and support deal origination efforts.


• Spearhead special projects as assigned by management teams.

Qualifications & Experience:


• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; Master's in Finance or similar preferred.


• 3 – 6 years of relevant experience in financial advisory, investment banking, corporate development, or management consulting.


• Hands-on experience with cross-border transactions, financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.


• Possesses strong ownership mindset, a high sense of urgency, and a humble, team-oriented approach


• Excellent written and spoken English; Chinese or other languages a plus for cross-border deals.


• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:


• Experience in preparing dataroom, board decks, and investor presentations.


• Past exposure in fintech and start-up landscape.


• Familiarity with financial markets, capital raising, and corporate finance transactions.

Language:

● Fluency in English

● Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
