Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Development to lead the end-to-end process of creating and commercializing new food products specifically designed for the delivery business. This role will act as the Project Owner, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure that each product is successfully developed, launched, and scaled.

The position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with strong capabilities in food product development, operations design, and business performance management.


Key Responsibilities
New Product Development (NPD)

·       Identify and develop new menu items tailored for delivery, ensuring product-market fit, scalability, and customer appeal.

·       Work with chefs, R&D, and packaging teams to optimize recipes, Sensory test, Shelf life test, Stability test, and delivery-friendly packaging

·       Conduct feasibility studies on cost, production capability, and consumer acceptance.

·       Conduct market research and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities.

Operations & Production Design

·       Define Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production, quality assurance, and packaging.

·       Collaborate with the Operations team to streamline processes, optimize capacity, and control costs.

·       Implement continuous improvements to ensure product consistency, efficiency, and food safety compliance.

Commercialization & Project Ownership

·       Lead go-to-market strategy for new delivery products, from concept validation to launch.

·       Collaborate with Marketing on pricing, promotions, and customer acquisition campaigns.

·       Partner with Customer Service to gather customer feedback and drive iterative product improvements.

·       Monitor sales performance and make data-driven recommendations.


Qualifications

·       Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Food Science, Marketing, or a related field.

· –5 years of experience in Food & Beverage, FMCG, Delivery Business, or Product/Project Management.

·       Strong knowledge of product development processes, food operations, and delivery platforms.

·       Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver measurable business results.

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

·       Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

·       Creative, entrepreneurial, and customer-oriented approach.
