To manage the operational functions of core HR Management (HRM), including Recruitment, Employee Relations (ER), and HR administration efficiently. Responsible for maintaining a stable, motivated, and legally compliant workforce for both the Manufacturing/Plant Operations staff (e.g., production, QC, maintenance) and the Corporate/Office Functions (e.g., sales, marketing, finance).

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing highly specialized roles (e.g., Food Scientists, Data Scientists, Financial Analysts) and managing recruitment campaigns to meet organizational staffing goals, ensuring the timely fulfillment of critical staffing needs.
  • Employee Relations (ER) & Welfare: Serve as a key contact for all employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and labor issues. Promote a positive work environment and oversee comprehensive employee welfare programs for all staff.
  • Legal Compliance: Act as the subject matter expert on Thai Labor Law, ensuring strict adherence across all HR policies, employment contracts, working hours, and documentation, particularly concerning manufacturing operations and workplace safety standards.
  • HR Administration & HRIS: Oversee the maintenance of accurate personnel records and the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Generate and analyze key HR data and reports to support management decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in HRM, with at least 3 years in managerial capacity.
  • Solid experience managing HR in a Manufacturing/Production environment, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges of factory labor management (e.g., shifts, safety, compliance).
  • Expert knowledge of Thai Labor Law. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong proficiency and experience with digital technology initiatives and the use of modern HRIS platforms and demonstrated ability to leverage digital tools, data analytics, and automation technologies to enhance HR process efficiency. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite / Microsoft 365.
