Job Summary

To review and ensure the correctness of business contracts (LSA), identify and assess significant business risks, manage and report compliance breaches, and support internal departments by collecting and coordinating compliance data with auditors and related teams.

1. Logistics Service Agreement (LSA) – KLTH & Customer Template
  • Draft, comment, review, revise, and discuss commercial agreements.
  • Maintain and update terms & conditions, agreement templates, and other legal documents to support business operations (KA, BD, SD).
  • Endorse the Agreement.
  • Support the Commercial team in customer meetings by answering legal questions and explaining clause-related matters.
2. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Official Letters
  • Draft and review NDAs from all Commercial teams (KA, BD, SD) to ensure compliance with Thai law, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
  • Draft and review official letters from all departments.
  • Endorse NDAs and Letters.
3. Subcontractor Contracts

(e.g., Labour contracts, Hire-of-Work agreements, Equipment Leasing)

  • Review, draft, revise, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policy.
4. Risk Management & Legal Advisory
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to relevant departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and business risk controls.
  • Identify and assess potential legal and business risks.
  • Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal trends.
5. Development
  • Review and update contract templates annually to ensure alignment with business operations and current legal trends.
Qualification
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business compliance and contract review.
  • Strong ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements and support compliance operations.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English (written and spoken).
