Description

The Account Manager is responsible for driving profitable sales growth within the assigned territory in Thailand by building, managing, and expanding strategic customer relationships. This role combines proactive business development, market analysis, and collaboration across internal teams to elevate market share, customer satisfaction, and brand presence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by developing and executing territory sales strategies and account plans aligned with company goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and revenue drivers within assigned accounts and channel partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales priorities.
  • Build and nurture strong long‑term relationships with customers, distributors, and end‑users.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions to ensure high engagement and satisfaction.
  • Promptly address customer inquiries, concerns, and service issues using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with marketing, product management, and technical support to execute effective product launch strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on product performance and customer requirements to internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, prepare sales forecasts, territory performance reports, and pipeline updates.
  • Report key customer insights and market feedback to the Sales Leader.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within industrial, mechanical, or technical B2B sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts, build lasting customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
  • Experience in mechanical equipment, industrial systems, or technical solutions is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, distributors, and regional stakeholders in a business and technical context.
