Traditional Trade Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and business plans to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Lead growth initiatives in the construction segment through market analysis, opportunity identification, and actionable sales strategies.
- Oversee dealer portfolio management, secure new customers, and monitor sales performance to maximize market opportunities.
- Track key sales metrics—including pricing, customer acquisition, profitability, and KPIs—and initiate corrective actions when needed.
- Conduct frequent market visits, customer meetings, and competitor analysis to uncover new business opportunities.
- Review sales reports and market insights to identify performance gaps and support long-term strategic planning.
- Ensure smooth account receivable processes and effective onboarding of new customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and support market-aligned solutions.
- Coach and support dealer sales teams to enhance capability, performance, and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of sales management experience - construction products.
- Strong track record in managing traditional trade channels and dealer networks.
- Demonstrated skills in sales strategy, negotiation, closing, and customer relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to travel frequently across Thailand.
- Strong English proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, service-minded, and dynamic personality.
- Must possess a private vehicle and a valid driving license.
- Experience in the construction or building materials industry is an advantage.
