Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and business plans to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Lead growth initiatives in the construction segment through market analysis, opportunity identification, and actionable sales strategies.
  • Oversee dealer portfolio management, secure new customers, and monitor sales performance to maximize market opportunities.
  • Track key sales metrics—including pricing, customer acquisition, profitability, and KPIs—and initiate corrective actions when needed.
  • Conduct frequent market visits, customer meetings, and competitor analysis to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Review sales reports and market insights to identify performance gaps and support long-term strategic planning.
  • Ensure smooth account receivable processes and effective onboarding of new customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and support market-aligned solutions.
  • Coach and support dealer sales teams to enhance capability, performance, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of sales management experience - construction products.
  • Strong track record in managing traditional trade channels and dealer networks.
  • Demonstrated skills in sales strategy, negotiation, closing, and customer relationship management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to travel frequently across Thailand.
  • Strong English proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, service-minded, and dynamic personality.
  • Must possess a private vehicle and a valid driving license.
  • Experience in the construction or building materials industry is an advantage.
