  • Develop product strategy and manage the brand's product portfolio, including NPD selection, pricing, and forecasting in alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Demand Planning team to ensure optimal inventory levels and reduce stock aging.
  • Analyze product performance and SKU productivity, delivering monthly performance and KPI reports.
  • Develop and implement trade marketing/ Promotion strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales performance across retail.
  • Initiate trade activities and campaign ideas that strengthen customer engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and retail partners to execute joint promotions and in-store activations.
  • Develop & manage GWP usage in trade promotions.
