Key Responsibility:

As a Marketing Insurance in the Financial Services industry, you will be need to have a deep understanding of insurance products and services, along with proven expertise in developing and executing effective marketing strategies and promoting insurance products and services to potential customers and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement telemarketing strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance to achieve the target.
• Manages customer data utilization for TELE Sales.
• Developing and maintaining business process ,standard operating procedures and ensure to comply with regulator.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies and enhance relationships with insurance partner to meet the objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing insurance, strong understanding of insurance products and services at least 5 years.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including analytics software, and digital marketing channels.
