We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of key digital platform initiatives in the life insurance domain. This role involves working closely with internal development teams and external vendors to ensure successful project execution that aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery — from initiation, planning, and execution through to transition to operations.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and meet agreed-upon business objectives.
  • Drive the release of new features or platforms that deliver clear value to users and customers.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including business owners, technical teams, vendors, and senior management.
  • Develop and implement project communication plans and training programs in partnership with business units.
  • Oversee project documentation, progress reporting, and budget tracking. Provide updates to steering committees or governance boards as required.
  • Manage vendor engagement processes, including contract negotiation and signing, procurement of software/hardware, and alignment with project requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in project / program management, strategic consultant
  • Degree in MBA, Economics, Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Good communication around issues and opportunities – get things done, make things happen
  • Knowledge of insurance products / Financial Industry would be advantages
  • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management – can collaborate well with business users and build rapport with working team and stakeholders
  • Analytical skills and experience in managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and senior management teams
  • Experience in Agile methodology and Software Development Life Cycle
  • Experience in Digital platform development such as web application, mobile application (iOS, Android)
  • Experience in Change Management and User Acquisition is a plus
