Company Overview:

We are one of the Top 5 media companies in Thailand, specializing in news programs, TV shows, online media, and large-scale events. Our core business is providing high-impact sponsorship solutions and producing innovative multimedia content. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team and ensure smooth project execution between clients, sales, and internal production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main coordinator between the Sales team, clients, and internal departments (Content, Production, Event, and Online teams).
  • Manage projects after sponsorship packages or deals have been sold, ensuring client requirements are clearly communicated and executed.
  • Support the Sales team with necessary project-related documents, briefs, and reports.
  • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
  • Translate client needs into actionable plans for internal teams, ensuring alignment with agreed sponsorship packages or project scopes.
  • Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and professional project management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, account management, or coordination (experience in media, advertising, or event management is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
