Job Summary

Application Officer is to support our study abroad counselling services. This role is responsible for preparing and completing university application forms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete and submit university application forms accurately and on time
  • Check and prepare supporting documents (academic transcripts, certificates, personal statements, etc.)
  • Coordinate with counsellors to ensure application requirements are met
  • Follow up with universities on application status when required
  • Maintain accurate student application records and data
  • Provide basic application-related support to students and parents

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • New graduates are welcome
  • Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Ability to work with documents, deadlines, and multiple applications
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, online systems)
  • Experience in education, admin, or customer service is an advantage but not required
