Senior Animator

Bring characters to life with motion that moves hearts. As a Senior Animator, you'll craft expressive, believable performances that tell stories, convey emotion, and define the soul of our worlds — from cinematic sequences to in-game animations.

Core Responsibilities and Scope:

• Highest Quality Animation Production: Create keyframe animation for Cinematic shots and In-Game sequences, strictly adhering to the 12 Principles of Animation.
• Visual Storytelling: Proficiently use Timing and Pacing to convey the character's emotion, weight, and personality, aligning with the Art Director's vision.
• Engine Integration: Work with Game Programmers to integrate and set up animations within the Game Engine (e.g., setting up Animation State Machines, Blend Trees).
• Polish and Feedback: Receive feedback and refine animations in detail until they meet the highest quality standards.
• Pre-visualization: Create Blocking and Pre-vis to efficiently establish the timing and camera angles of scenes.

Essential Tools and Skills (Flexible Software Requirement):

• 3D Software: Proficiency in Autodesk Maya, Blender, or other related 3D software (including MotionBuilder, if applicable).
• Skills: Expertise in creating high-quality Facial Animation.
• Game Engine Knowledge: Understanding of Animation State Machines, Blend Trees, and Montages.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain technical and artistic concepts to interdisciplinary teams (Art, Programming).
