Senior Rigger

As a Senior Rigger, you'll be the vital bridge between the Modeling and Animation teams — creating advanced rigging systems that make digital characters feel truly alive.

Core Responsibilities and Scope:

• Advanced Rigging Design: Create and maintain complex rigs for characters, creatures, and props to ensure maximum efficiency in both Gameplay and Cinematics.
• Facial Rigging: Create specialized rig systems for faces and detailed Blendshapes to support a wide range of emotions.
• Pipeline Tools Creation: Develop and maintain tools and automation scripts (such as Python/MEL) to streamline the team's rigging process.
• Quality Control (QC): Review and provide feedback on topology to the Modeling team to ensure rigging quality.
• Team Support: Troubleshoot rigging issues encountered during the animation process and provide close support to the Animator team.

Essential Tools and Skills (Flexible Software Requirement):

• 3D Software: Proficiency in Autodesk Maya or Blender, or other related 3D software (with experience in production-level pipelines).
• Scripting Skills: Expertise in Python/MEL for tool development.
• Understanding: Deep knowledge of Anatomy, Topology, FK/IK, and Deformation techniques.
