Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively in English with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Drive business development initiatives with customers, focusing on R&D and purchasing departments.
  • Provide interpretation services during meetings and conferences with clients and vendors.
  • Initiate and implement product and process improvement activities.
  • Conduct training sessions (e.g., brown bag) to support bilingual development.
  • Learn and apply business tools and technical terminologies.
  • Utilize and enhance translation tools to improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams across functions.

*Qualifications*

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing companies (preferably in Engineering Sales or Purchasing).
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Background in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing, or Engineering preferred.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Strong leadership, creativity, and willingness to learn.
  • Engineering skills will be an advantage.
