About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at Siam Metal & Waste CO., LTD in Sriracha, Chonburi. This full-time position will provide essential administrative and sales support to ensure the smooth running of our sales operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing client communications, and maintaining detailed records
  2. Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other key documents
  3. Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
  4. Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products
  5. Monitoring and reporting on sales activities and performance
  6. Supporting the sales team in various other tasks as required

What we're looking for

  1. Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel or Google sheet
  4. Previous experience in a sales or administrative support role would be an advantage.
  5. A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
